I bought my house with a pool in Arizona, but my move from Connecticut was delayed by two months. My realtor recommended Aquaman Pools and they took care of everything until I moved. Once I got into the house I kept their service because they are reliable, consistent, patient with my questions and keep my pool looking and feeling just great. I heard lots of complaints about pool services when I moved here. I could NOT be happier with Aquaman. I recently had issues with my pump and Blake and Branden could not have been more helpful, first walking me through trouble-shooting on the phone, then coming out to fix it. I count on these guys to keep my pool looking great.

Aquaman provides weekly pool care for us, and has for over two years. They have done a great job and overall we’re very pleased with the results. Recently, I had Aquaman perform a drain, acid wash and refill of our pool. The pool looks great, in fact almost new again. The pool itself was lightly remodeled about 17 years ago. The acid wash really made it all look fresh and new again. I had another vendor glass-blast the calcium line from the tile while the water was drained which really enhanced the whole look of the end result. Overall, we’re very happy with the outcome. One thing that should be given some consideration when choosing a pool service…what happens if the assigned pool tech is sick? Or, if the service is a one-truck operation and that one truck suffers a mechanical break-down? Since Aquaman is a bigger outfit, their trucks are pretty new (reliable) and they can send a replacement tech if one calls out sick. It isn’t always about price…. Thanks Aquaman - good job!

My Paramount water valve needed repair & I contacted Aquaman Pools-East for quote. I was provided with a reasonable quote and more importantly, prompt response to complete the service. I appreciated that they didn't require a service fee. Devin, the service rep was punctual, professional, and efficient. Explained what was being done, warranty, and expected life expectancy of the project. Overall, I would not hesitate to utilize Aquaman Pools-East services again in the future.

Jacob from Aquaman Pools replaced our old sand filter with a new cartridge one. What a professional! He took time to explain what he was doing as well as answering any questions I had. Job was completed in a timely manner and clean up after was great.

I have had XPools and then Aquaman for many years. Their service has always been good. Today was another example. I called them today as my lights to my pool and spa didn’t work when I tried to turn them on last night. I called today and spoke to Josh…..he was outstanding. He stopped me and said, I can save you a $150 service call if you will walk down to the pool equipment and trouble shoot it with me. It took about 3 minutes and we fixed the problem. That was pretty awesome! Aquaman, Josh is a keeper!! Thank you Josh and Aquaman!

Always very helpful , honest , OnTime , Know what they are doing , Quick response ! 2/02/2023, Noticed a leak by one of my actuating valves. Called Aquaman pools & spoke to Mike M. Repair Supervisor, explained the problem & sent photos. Mike suggested I replace the O rings on all my Actuating Valves, since they are all the same age. Mike was Correct as always! They all needed to be changed. Spoke to Laura D.,Office Administrator ,who handled the payment & scheduled a repair Promptly.Jason the Technician arrived Promptly . I got a new Jandy pump/ filter installed by them when I bought my house; which by the way is the first time I've owned a pool. We live out of state and have been using Aquaman Pools for over two years now for both regular cleaning and for equipment repair and maintenance. They're amazing! From the team that cleans weekly, to the team that helped us drain and refill, Armando with filter cleaning, and Sabrina and everyone in the office - they do an amazing job and communicate well! So happy to have finally found them!

My wife and I moved into our Scottsdale home in January. Unfortunately our home and pool had many issues. We hired Aquamann Pools to do our weekly cleaning, water treatment and some other issues. One of the biggest problems that we had was using our phone app to run the pool. Aquaman's Ruben solved the mystery and all is now well. Matt does a great job cleaning our pool weekly and Dean also did a great job in making our pool crystal clear and clean. Amber and Kirsten in the office wear many hats and always can be counted on to do whatever to make the customer happy. Both ladies are exceptional communicators and are simply great to work with. Aquaman has exceptional and well deserved high ratings. My wife and I very highly recommend them. PS If I left out any names for the great work that's been done to our pool, I apologize.

The guys to clean the pool are very respectful and always here on the day set aside. If Aguaman is going to miss a day due to a holiday etc. I am notified well in advance.

I cannot express just how incredibly grateful we are to this company! Our pool had gone green. Like really really green. Like “is it green or black, I’m not sure” green. And please don’t judge. We had a cancer diagnosis that has derailed our family and I have not been able to keep up with all of life, and the house, and the kids, and work. It was just too much and the pool maintenance got the brunt of the neglect. When I say I went to bed(I work nights and sleep during the day) with a drained, nasty green walled pool and woke up to a SPARKLING white, CLEAN pool just a few hours later, guys my jaw hit the ground! It was a miracle. These guys are amazing! They are so fast, and efficient and have made the entire process so low stress for me! I cannot express how grateful I am! They will be doing our weekly maintenance from now on as well. Thank you so much!!!! (I so wish I took before and after photos now!!)

My pool looked worst than a swamp. We called aquaman pools . They were not only efficient, they gave me a great price and took care of everything . Love I didn’t have to be here for the job. Theyare so good at communicating though. 3 days it took them to fix what I finally can call my oasis 💕

I had Aquaman pools out to fix my pop-up mechanism which stopped working in 2019. They offered me two choices. I went with the one that we already had but they did have an upgrade for a little bit more. I also had my pool light replaced as I broke the cable with the electrical wires to the housing where the light bulb goes. Expensive mistake. Branden was very knowledgeable and polite. He explained what happened and was able to fix fairly quickly. I am very satisfied with the communication, the availability which was a quick turnaround two days. Many of the other companies over the years that I had asked to fix the pop-up mechanism were booked out for 2 weeks and never called me back. These guys are the real deal. Thanks Aquaman pools.

I was having pool pump issues. Spoke to Laura, I explained to her the sound my pump was making… she was able to pin-point the issue. She also gave me two quotes. One to repair if I wanted (my pump is old) & one to replace the whole pump. Both Qoute’s were extremely lower than the prior pool companies I called. The gentleman that came and replaced what was needed was professional, quick, & polite. I will refer anyone I know going forward to contact “AQUAMAN POOLS” first… you will be well taken care of. Where do I start ? Unfortunately for me in the last years time span I pretty much have had to have all my pool equipment replaced because of its age —but the technicians have all been first rate as well as communication from the office has been —I have had Aquaman do all my weekly pool service also and the pool looks perfect all year long —yes they may be a little expensive compared to other pool company’s but over the years I have dealt with other pool company’s and there is NO comparison of quality of Aquaman Pools service —the old saying is true —you get what you pay for —if you want a sparkling clean pool and not have to worry about it staying that way then please give Aquaman Pools a chance —you will not be disappointed. And btw —Rodney my weekly cleaning guy does a fantastic job and Branden the tech who just other day replaced my filter system was fantastic also — cleaned up the job site like he was never there lol —they both have a really professional attitude and have been with Aquaman for some years —not the typical fly by night pool guys lol 😎🌵

We had an unknown issue with a faulty new pump and they were like, hey this is under warranty! I have used Aquaman pools for over 10 years. The customer service is fantastic and they are very prompt with answers and solutions. Their communication is excellent…they send pictures after each week’s pool maintenance appointment. Their techs have always been friendly and accommodating of my friendly, yet unruly dogs. There are no surprises with charges and changes to service, as they are very good with communicating any market fluctuations and pricing. They monitor issues and let me know if any non-routine maintenance that needs attention. This is one service I don’t question, as I haven’t had had a single negative experience in their over 500 visits to my home.

I recently had the pool area and pool itself renovate. The company doing the renovation did a poor job of restarting the pool leaving many issues. The Aquaman Pool technician named Jason was extremely conscientious and would not leave until all issues were resolved. Jason has worked on my pool before and I would continue to use Aquaman simply becuase of the quality of the work

I contacted Aquaman for a broken pump motor. Within a few hours a tech was dispatched, he identified the issue, explained replacement options, and timeline. Tech was courteous, knowledgeable, and didn’t push any sales tactics. The install occurred a day later and the quality of work was great. Repiped pump side to filter with quality work. Programmed pump and called to make sure I didn’t have any questions. I highly recommend them for any issues with pool pump.

I have been using Aquaman Pools for over 2 years now and they have done an amazing job with my complicated system. We have a large pool and hot tub and several other water features. They are proactive with maintenance and are responsive with any problems. I would highly recommend Aquaman Pools!

Recently We had our pool filter cartridges cleaned out . Armando was spectacular. We were able to learn about the system and why we should make sure this cleaning happens every 3-4 months. I appreciate the team aqua-man has servicing and maintaining my pool.

Let me start by saying that AMBER CASSIDY is amazing! aqua man is lucky to have her. She is always checking in with every customer. I honestly recommend aquaman pools. Great service, always responsive they are always there to help.

They service our pool on a weekly basis. This includes cleaning and managing the chemicals. They do a SUPER job !!! Occasionally, there are problems with communication. However, when I email them about a problem, I always get an answer the same day.

So far they have been great. Never missed a day of service, quality always high and I loved the before and after pictures of everything they cleaned.

Make sure you understand precisely what will be done and the cost. Don't go cheap get the best vsm and filter you can afford, you want a motor and filter that will stand up to this climate. I have bought a new house with a pool and a spa, having come from a house with a pool many years prior, I was nervous about who could help me service my new purchase? I took a chance on Aquaman Pools, and I can say it was a very positive experience. Anyone who has a pool will tell you they can be difficult to manage, and have a trustworthy team on your side is comforting. I needed a pool drain, I wanted an acid etching of the internal surfaces, and some additional chemicals. Rodney was a super nice guy, and showed up on time and ready to work. If you’re nervous about who you can trust, I’d recommend you give Aquaman Pools a call.

I have dealt with Amber for customer service issues since my pool remodel. In all instances she has been very prompt and professional in her responses. This is a trait which is in short supply in todays business world. Especially pool service. Definitely removes the “frustration factor” in trying to get timely and accurate information. Aquama recently completed a mechanical remodeling of all my pool equipment including valves, pumps, heater, lights, and added automation. Project was completed on time and functions as advertised. The work was performed in a professional manner and the employees were top notch with good communication throughout the project. Since I was changing all the equipment I thought it wise to turn over the weekly maintenance to Aquaman. The service has been very good and I receive an email as soon as the service is complete detailing what was done along with the water chemistry and pictures. I would definitely recommend Aquaman for any pool services

Wow, best pool service ever. I get a detailed report with every cleaning, text amd emails, quick to respond to my call. Ted came out and recommended a different filter, we switched from sand to cartridge and Holy cow! Amazing!!! My water I'd perfection! Check out before and after pics. Highly recommend!

The weekly maintenance is very good because the pool is blue and my eyes do not get red under water from excessive chlorine use. The repair side of the business is a bit on the high side.

Great professional team of people kept my pool looking clean. After every visit they send an email notification containing the current chlorine, acid, and other levels. Awesome employees.

Wherever I tapped into this company I received caring and prompt service but, the real Do Re Me, was the professional and effective pool heater repair provided by Ray Stone…he saved a visit with our out of state grandkids here for a visit!
