I have dealt with Amber for customer service issues since my pool remodel. In all instances she has been very prompt and professional in her responses. This is a trait which is in short supply in todays business world. Especially pool service. Definitely removes the “frustration factor” in trying to get timely and accurate information. Aquama recently completed a mechanical remodeling of all my pool equipment including valves, pumps, heater, lights, and added automation. Project was completed on time and functions as advertised. The work was performed in a professional manner and the employees were top notch with good communication throughout the project. Since I was changing all the equipment I thought it wise to turn over the weekly maintenance to Aquaman. The service has been very good and I receive an email as soon as the service is complete detailing what was done along with the water chemistry and pictures. I would definitely recommend Aquaman for any pool services

sean was amazing , very professional, full of info and went the extra mile to teach me things give me correct info. i was previously using a mom and pop pool guy and was not happy with lack of communication, info he would often tell me that’s the way it is like my pool vacum kept getting stuck in corner and previous guy said it’s just going to do that and you have to constantly come out and move it. Sean immediately noticed that the weights were not set correctly and fixed it right away. funny thing is doesn’t get stuck in the corner anymore. Aquaman has been amazing! i appreciate the attention to detail and really making the pool stress free thanks again sean appreciate you. highly recommended.!!!

I bought my house with a pool in Arizona, but my move from Connecticut was delayed by two months. My realtor recommended Aquaman Pools and they took care of everything until I moved. Once I got into the house I kept their service because they are reliable, consistent, patient with my questions and keep my pool looking and feeling just great. I heard lots of complaints about pool services when I moved here. I could NOT be happier with Aquaman. I recently had issues with my pump and Blake and Branden could not have been more helpful, first walking me through trouble-shooting on the phone, then coming out to fix it. I count on these guys to keep my pool looking great.

This work involved a complete replacement of our pool pump and filter. Aquaman provides our regular weekly pool cleaning and maintenance service. Alex gave us a bid for the new equipment and installation on Monday which we approved the next day. The installation was completed Wednesday morning. Talk about speedy service. Alex completed the work in good order and to my complete satisfaction. In particular I asked for several specific arrangements regarding features, arrangements, clearances, etc. All were accomodated to my satisfaction. Good job!

Called Aquaman Pools based on their 4.7 Review rating, looking to see if they could help with a piece of pool equipment. Front office could not answer the question, but in quick stated they had a person could. Wow, I was patched into Amber, who supplied the part number in 5 seconds, and I was so impressed that I asked if they carried the parts, and if they could do the work and was looking for a reasonable price. Guys in less than 5”, Amber emailed me the quote, with also approve or not, which of course I did, and asked if she could get this done by Friday. Easy she said and within half hour, my repair will be done next day. Our current pool service has been very challenging, so asked about their pool service, so Amber sent out a quote. My wife and I were so impressed with their detailed pool service, that we signed today. Guys Amber is the Ritz Carlton of Aquaman Pool Services. There is no one better, so you all. Left my past pool service because we have a big ficus tree and they constantly said I needed to cut the tree down because it was throwing off our pools chemicals, just nothing but drama and extra charges. Reached out to aquaman nervous and stressed I was being a bad pool owner, on a Saturday to add. They were at my house on Monday regulated my pool and have been amazing, fair priced and the pool hasn’t been clearer. Such a relief to have them take care of me and will be a loyal customer. They were out here the next day, were very responsive via phone and text (my favorite). Jacob arrived on time and he was extremely polite and efficient. At one point while he was walking me through the features of the new pump in the hot sun, he even offered to go to his truck and get a shade umbrella for me (I was fine, but this is next level service). I am really glad we decided to work with Aquaman for this repair. Jacob and Aquaman exceeded our expectations.

I had 2 separate techs come out to add a timer box and then install a new pool pump. Both notified me when they were on their way and arrived in a timely manner. They were polite, respectful and all business as far as getting the job done. In all, Aquaman Pool Service responded to my needs quickly and got the job done. The jobs were not cheap but as they say, “you get what you pay for.”

What a difference! Had one problem after another with our pool equipment. Our regular guys couldn’t figure out any of it. Got fed up and called Aquaman. Mike came out. Couldn’t be nicer. Or work harder. With Edward’s help he fixed all the neglected problems. Dug up and repaired the leaky valves, got the controls working, found the broken equipment our previous guys could never get around to. So happy we switched.

Just started service with aquaman. Received next day inspection/service then full service starting the following week. Appreciate them being so sensitive to my needs.

The service has not started yet so I do not have any feedback. We are still in the stage of scheduling and hoping for best results. Update : Service started and it is all good! They continue to show up every week and are taking good care of our pool!

We are very happy with our Aquaman weekly service, Kyle and Sean. Our pool looks sparkling clean and so inviting that you always want to jump in. The brushing, cleaning out baskets, and chemicals are perfect. Next time I'll add photos

The service department helped us with an overfilled pool quickly and efficiently. Mike Szukala came out and fixed the leveler in easily, but also looked at my pool pump set up and pointed out some problems that my current pool guy didn't tell me about. Grateful for his help. Highly recommend.
